Between November 3 and 7, 2025, our organization received a visit from the parent company to conduct an internal audit aimed at verifying compliance with corporate guidelines and the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Supervision and leadership
The audit was led by Mr. Wolfgang Parlins, a representative appointed by the head office, who led the review, interview, and document verification activities in the different areas of the company. His support made it possible to evaluate the efficiency of administrative, operational, and control procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
Results and opportunities for improvement
The audit results reflected some opportunities for improvement that will be addressed through specific action plans focused on strengthening traceability, efficiency, and process quality.
Next visit
As part of the follow-up process, a future visit by the Maxim Markenprodukte representative was announced, whose purpose will be to review the installed machinery, evaluate its performance, and verify compliance with established technical standards.
