MANUFACTURING AND PACKAGING
Quality products galore
Our 22,500 m² production area currently houses 15 state-of-the-art blending and manufacturing plants, some with a capacity of up to 5,000 kg (~790 st). With our state-of-the-art facilities utilizing vacuum process technology for low to high viscosity media, we can blend, homogenize, temperature control and degas virtually any media. This allows us to manufacture more than 120 million products a year.
During all stages of production we adhere to GMP for cosmetics, which guarantees high and permanent quality. Compliance with our high-level occupational health and safety policies is ensured through constant quality control.
MAXIM has years of experience in cosmetics bottling. As a specialist in the filling and bottling of crucibles, tubes and bottles, we can develop the packaging and design according to the ideas and wishes of our business partners.
Tube filling
We process tubes of many different shapes and materials with our eight flexible tube filling units that work regardless of tube design. The filling process can be followed by cartoners to help products be placed in folding cartons immediately afterwards.
Body and hair care products
Three flexible bottling units, aligned with product and packaging, manufacture our face, body and hair care products. Our goal is the highest quality of the final products.
Creams and makeup
We guarantee reliable and visually impeccable bottling results with our four bottling units. The same goes for the secure sealing of crucibles and small glass and plastic jars. Glass crucibles are scanned with an optical camera system for premium quality.
Lip pencils and care sticks
We cover the full range of lip cosmetics. Our five lipstick production units can produce a wide variety of shapes and formats.
